Beyond the training group sessions that we propose, the coaches can be available for individual training sessions adapted to your physical condition, your level, and to attain the aim that you fixed with the coach.
- Weight loss, for example, is often the objective sought by the practitioners. In that case, a discussion of eating habits could take place and maybe a diet plan could be implemented in addition to the personal training, in order to meet the desired goals agreed upon at the start of the program.
- A special group session can be proposed to companies (colleagues who work in the same company). These sessions are often booked by companies seeking cohesion within a team, to evacuate stress and of course to develop the self-confidence necessary for the professional setting.
- Athletic people from others sports can use boxing training as efficient preparation for an approaching season and improve overall performance.
